It’s a special touch unique to Only One Tours, enjoyed alongside the main dish.
If you start with the welcome dinner, gyoza will be served at dinner and again at lunch the next day.
If you choose the no-dinner plan, gyoza will be served at lunch on the tour day.

DAY 1

Night Before: Welcome Dinner (Sapporo)

Held in Sapporo. After booking, we’ll choose one of the three guide-selected restaurants together. It’s a relaxed small-group meal.

DAY 2

Wakasagi Fishing → Hot Spring & Meal

08:00 | Meet & Depart

Meeting location will be decided after consultation at the time of booking.

11:00 | Arrive at Kanayama Lake

Pull a large sled to the fishing point and drill your own holes in the ice.
With thorough instruction from a professional guide, enjoy the wakasagi bite—and a luxury ice-lake lunch of wild-garlic gyoza, Seicomart rice balls, and warm tea.

16:00 | Finish Fishing

Take a catch photo, pack up the tent, then return to the car by sled. Head to the hot spring along roads where wildlife sightings (including deer) are common.

17:00 | Yunosawa Onsen “Mori no Shiki”

Enjoy tempura made from the wakasagi you caught, plus a Hokkaido venison tenderloin bowl—and relax in the hot spring.

18:00 | Drop-off

Drop-off will be in Sapporo.
